Stef recently carried out some Customer Service training for the hotel staff at Eilean Iarmain. Not only was it a great success, it was also an enjoyable and insightful workshop for all the staff. Her ‘hands on’ practical approach and her knowledgeable experience within the industry created a fun and incisive learning environment. She took the time to discuss what we wanted out of the training and ‘tailored’ the workshop to suit the hotel’s needs.
Stef has a unique ability of being able to engage staff at all levels – her workshop was full of laughter and we saw positive and tangible results after she had completed the training. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stef and will be using her again at our hotel.
